My path to becoming a counsellor began with my own journey of healing and self-discovery. Through working through anxiety, self-doubt, and the complexities of relationships and life transitions, I learned how powerful it can be to have someone truly see and support you. That experience inspired me to create a practice where adults and couples feel safe to explore their struggles, uncover patterns, and make meaningful changes. I know what it feels like to carry heavy emotions and to wonder if things will ever feel lighter. That understanding shapes everything I do—from the way I listen to the personalized approach I bring to each session. My goal is to offer you more than just therapy; I want to provide compassionate care where you feel empowered, hopeful, and genuinely supported.
