YOUR GUIDE TO HEALING
My Story & Approach
“I didn't always have the tools to navigate my own anxiety and self-doubt. There was a time when I felt stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure of how to move forward. But through my own healing journey, I discovered something powerful: when we have the right support and a safe space to be vulnerable, real transformation becomes possible. That realization didn't just change my life—it inspired me to dedicate my career to helping others experience that same sense of hope, clarity, and connection.”
My own healing journey taught me that self-improvement isn't about following a perfect path—it's about having someone believe in you when you're struggling to believe in yourself. That's what inspired me to become a counsellor and build a practice rooted in compassion, authenticity, and personalized care. Through navigating my own experiences with anxiety, self-doubt, overwhelm, and relationship challenges, I learned what truly helps people heal: a safe space to be vulnerable, tools that actually work in real life, and a therapist who sees your potential even when you can't. I wanted to create the kind of practice where people feel genuinely supported, not judged—where they can explore the hard stuff and emerge feeling more confident, grounded, and connected.
My approach is all about collaboration, which means we'll set goals together and create a path forward that feels right for you. As a relational therapist, I believe the connection we build is central to your healing—our therapeutic relationship becomes a safe space where you can explore, grow, and experience what it feels like to be genuinely understood. I work in a client-centered way (you lead, I support), am trauma-informed (creating safety that honors your nervous system), and use an integrative approach (blending multiple methods tailored to you). I draw from somatic experiencing (mind-body connection), parts work (exploring different aspects of yourself), family systems (understanding how relationships shape us), attachment styles, and self-compassion practices. These tools address not just your thoughts but also your emotions, physical sensations, and relationships, creating healing that touches every part of your life.

These credentials, combined with my commitment to ongoing growth, equip me to offer integrative, trauma-informed care that honors the connection between mind, body, and relationships.
“My mission is simple but profound: to support adults and couples as they navigate life's challenges and help them feel truly seen, understood, and empowered. I'm driven by my own journey of healing and by a deep belief that everyone—no matter what they've been through—deserves to feel confident, connected, and at peace with themselves. This work matters because I've witnessed the transformation that happens when people finally give themselves permission to be vulnerable, to ask for help, and to believe they're worthy of something better. If I can create even a small space where someone feels less alone, more hopeful, and more connected to who they really are, then I know I'm doing what I'm meant to do.”
My Core Values
Compassion:
I believe that healing begins when we treat ourselves and each other with kindness, especially in our most vulnerable moments. In our sessions, you'll never be met with judgment—only genuine compassion and understanding. I'm here to help you extend that same gentleness toward yourself as you navigate difficult emotions and old patterns.
Connection:
We're wired for connection, and meaningful relationships—with ourselves and others—are at the heart of well-being. I create a safe space where you can explore your struggles openly and feel truly seen and heard. Through our therapeutic relationship, you'll experience what authentic connection feels like, which can transform how you relate to everyone in your life.
Respect:
Your experiences, your pace, and your goals are uniquely yours, and I honor that completely. I respect your autonomy and trust that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to support you without pushing an agenda, meeting you exactly where you are, and adapting my approach to what you need most.
Growth:
I believe that growth is always possible, no matter where you're starting from or what you've been through. Change takes courage, but with the right support and tools, you can break free from limiting patterns and build a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. I'm here to celebrate your progress, support you through setbacks, and remind you of how far you've come.
In my personal time, you can find me…
Outside of my work, I'm someone who finds joy in the simple things. I love traveling and trying new experiences—whether that's exploring a new hiking trail, trying out a new recipe in the kitchen, or getting lost in a good book. I'm also a proud dog mom to two rescues I brought home from Mexico, and they keep me grounded (and entertained) every single day. I've volunteered at animal shelters, enjoy staying active with exercise classes, and genuinely believe that baking something delicious can be its own form of therapy. These moments of connection, movement, and creativity remind me what it means to be human—and they fuel the work I do with my clients.
